Presidents Message

Once again, the DART Helicopter Services catalog is bigger and better than ever. Our business has become truly global, and our expanding markets and product lines enable us to provide faster, more complete service to customers around the world. We focus on customer satisfaction and to provide you with the most complete lines of products, components and systems to enhance helicopter operational safety, efficiency and reliability. We are tremendously proud of our extraordinary growth, but we have never forgotten that our success is due entirely to your business.

We are delighted to report many important milestones this past year, all of which enhance our capabilities.

  • DART and its associated companies received 44 Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) from the FAA, EASA and several other international aviation safety agencies through September 2010, increasing our total to over 600.
  • Our expanding Global Sales and Distribution network now includes Hawker Pacific in the Pacific region and Middle East, Avion Logistics in Asia, NAC in South Africa and Eagle Copters South America in South and Central America.
  • The latest manufacturers being added to the DART group are Heli-Enterprise and Airworthy Products in the U.S., and Aviatech Technical Services in Canada.
  • DART acquired Elite Specialty Coatings, a paint and refinishing company to further enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
  • DART representatives attended or managed exhibits or displays at 35 aerospace industry shows around the world such as: Heli-Expo in the U.S., FIDAE in Chile, Helitech in Portugal, HAC in Canada, UV Heli-Pacific in Australia, Africa Aerospace and Defense, and Dubai Heli-Show just to name a few.
  • DART launched a new, upgraded web site with a sophisticated new Web Shop for 24-hour service and many other customer-friendly features.
