Brazilian Approval of DART's Interior Protector Kits for Medium Bell Aircraft

DART Helicopter Services' affiliated partner, DART Aerospace Ltd., has received Brazilian approval of their Aft Wall & Pylon Protector Kit, their Baggage Compartment Kit and their Cabin Floor Protector Kit for Medium Bell 205/212/412 model aircraft. FAA, Transport Canada and EASA approvals have been previously received.

DART has identified and created a solution to help aircraft owners safe guard expensive honeycomb panels from damage whether it be Cabin Floor, Aft Cabin Wall and or Baggage Compartment.

The DART Aft Cabin Wall and Pylon Protector Kit consists of four aerospace grade polycarbonate components that are installed into existing nut plates in the aircraft aft cabin wall and pylon. The purpose of the wall and pylon protectors is to protect the expensive honeycomb wall and pylon panels from damage. The wall and pylon protectors feature cut-outs to accommodate the existing passenger seating and equipment installation and install under the existing blankets.

The DART Baggage Compartment Kit consists of seven aerospace grade polycarbonate components that are installed using potted inserts in the aircraft baggage compartment. The purpose of the kit is to protect the expensive honeycomb panels from damage. The baggage compartment protectors have cut outs for compatibility and to allow access to all cargo tie down rings.

The DART Cabin Floor Protect Kits consist of four aerospace grade polycarbonate components that are installed into existing nutplates in the aircraft cabin floor. The cabin floor protectors come with cut outs to ensure compatibility with the passenger seating and to allow access to all cargo tie down rings. DART also offers a non pre-drilled version for customers who wish to cut relief holes, trim, and transfer drill attachment holes through the floor protects to permit installation of other kits. Cabin Floor Protectors are compatible with the internally mounted auxiliary fuel tank installations.
